Analysis of photoluminescent parameters of oat seeds infected by Fusarium
Abstract
Abstract: Fluorescence spectroscopy and imaging are widely used for the analysis of various biological objects. There are shown the method of frequency analysis of photoluminescence spectra of seeds, the results of analysis of the spectra of healthy and Fusarium graminearum inoculated oat (Avena sativa L.) seeds. The main excitation maxima at wavelengths of 232 nm, 362 nm, 424 nm and 485 nm stand out in the spectres. The largest change in the integral flux Φ is 232 nm for excitation. When oat seeds are infected, the amplitude of the left Gaussian decreases by 2.5-5 times for excitation by radiation of wavelengths of 232 nm, 362 nm and 485 nm, while the amplitude of the right Gaussian does not change. Luminescence spectroscopy with excitation by short-wave radiation of 232 nm, 362 nm and 424 nm can be used for effective and timely diagnosis of Fusarium.
